Pre-Clausura 2017 Roster Changes: Querétaro

Logo Queretaro2Querétaro finished the Apertura 2016 season in 11th place and missed out on the playoffs.

The Gallos Blancos also finished a bit lower than they would like in the Tabla de Cociente that controls relegation, where they are currently 12th.

Despite that, Querétaro has not made many roster moves to date in either direction, with just three players joining the club and four leaving it.

Arriving on a permanent transfer is defender Hiram Mier (Monterrey) while midfielder Gerardo Lugo (Veracruz) arrives on loan. Finally, Kevin Gutiérrez (Tijuana) has returned to Querétaro following the end of his loan deal.

In terms of departures, Mario Osuna (Monarcas Morelia) has made a permanent move away from the club while Víctor Milke (Cimarrones) and Patricio Rubio (Dorados de Sinaloa) have both gone on loan. In addition, Carlos Fierro (Chivas) has returned to his parent club at the end of his own loan deal.
