Monterrey and Santos Laguna are the only unbeaten teams remaining, while Querétaro and Puebla are still winless.

In the relegation fight, Monarcas Morelia remained last in the Tabla de Cociente after their 3-1 loss to Atlas, while relegation rivals Veracruz and Puebla also lost and Jaguares de Chiapas won.

The best attacking record belongs to Tijuana, with eight goals for, followed by Monterrey with seven. The worst attack belongs to Querétaro, who is still looking for their first goal of the season, followed by Jaguares and Necaxa, who have each scored twice.

In total, 14 goals were scored in Jornada 4 for an average of 1.5 per game.

In terms of individual goal-scoring, Hirving Lozano (Pachuca) and Alexis Canelo (Puebla) continue to lead the league with three goals each, followed by 11 players who have each scored twice.

On the other end of the field, the best defense belongs to Jaguares, with just one goal conceded, followed by Santos and Querétaro with two. The worst defense is Puebla’s, with 11 goals against, followed by Monterrey, Atlas, and América with six apiece.

On the disciplinary side of things, the referees handed out 37 yellow cards and just one red, to Monterrey. Jaguares continue to top the Fair Play table with their five yellows and no reds, while Pumas UNAM is at the foot of the Fair Play standings with their 11 yellows and one red. Toluca has received the most cautions to date, with 14, while Puebla has the fewest, with four; Chivas and Monterrey have received the most reds, with two each.

The total announced attendance for Jornada 4 was 267,925, for an average of 29,769 per game. Monterrey vs León in the Estadio BBVA Bancomer drew the biggest crowd, of 48,087, while just 21,653 were in the Estadio Corona to see Santos vs Puebla.
