Querétaro Announces Jimmy Lozano as Coach

Following the dismissal of Víctor Manuel Vucetich, his former assistant Jaime “Jimmy” Lozano has been elevated to the head coaching position.

Welcome, @jaime_lozano_! We wish you the best.

Lozano, 38, had a long playing career in Mexico before retiring in 2013. He coached the Querétaro U-20 team before becoming assistant coach to the senior team, and he will now look to turn things around for the Gallos Blancos in his first head coaching position.
