Both Monterrey and Santos Laguna remained unbeaten, while only Puebla is still winless after Querétaro earned their first victory of the season.

In the relegation fight, Monarcas Morelia remained last in the Tabla de Cociente despite their 1-2 victory over Jaguares de Chiapas, while relegation rivals Puebla drew and Veracruz lost.

Tijuana still has the best attacking record in the league with their 13 goals for, followed by Monterrey with 10. The worst attack belongs to Querétaro, with just three goals, followed by Tigres UANL with four.

In total, 19 goals were scored in Jornada 6 for an average of 2.1 per game.

In terms of individual goal-scoring, Dorlan Pabón (Monterrey) leads the league with four goals; he’s followed by Milton Caraglio (Tijuana), Avilés Hurtado (Tijuana), Hirving Lozano (Pachuca), Jonathan Rodríguez (Santos Laguna), Claudio Riaño (Necaxa), and Alexis Canelo (Puebla), who all have three.

On the other end of the field, the best defense belongs to Toluca with just three goals against, followed by Pachuca, Veracruz, and Querétaro with four each. The worst defense is Puebla’s, with 12 goals against, followed by León’s with 11.

On the disciplinary side of things, the referees handed out 39 yellow cards and three reds, to Pumas UNAM, Atlas, and Tigres. Necaxa tops the Fair Play table with their nine yellows (tied for fewest in the league) and no reds, while Toluca is at the foot of the Fair Play standings with their 22 yellows (the most in the league) and one red. Pumas, Atlas, Chivas de Guadalajara, and Monterrey are tied with the most reds with two apiece.

The total announced attendance for Jornada 6 was 275,577, for an average of 30,620 per game. The Clásico Tapatío between Atlas and Chivas drew the biggest crowd, of 53,219, while just 19,221 were in La Corregidora to see Querétaro vs León.
