CONCACAF World Cup qualifying resumes next week, and Mexico will be facing Costa Rica and Trinidad and Tobago in the upcoming round of Hex games.
Mexico has announced their 25-man roster for the upcoming qualifiers, and there are some notable absences as Giovani dos Santos and Hirving Lozano miss out due to injury.
Juan Carlos Osorio has called up 11 europeos and 14 domestic-based players for this round of qualifiers. Atlas, Chivas de Guadalajara, León, and Tigres UANL are the best-represented Liga MX clubs, having supplied a pair of players apiece, while Porto also has two representatives. In total, 19 clubs are represented on the roster.
