José Saturnino Cardozo Leaves Puebla

After a difficult Clausura 2017 season in which Puebla finished 18th – last – with just 16 points, José Saturnino Cardozo has parted ways with the club.

Thank you ‘Profe’ for your dedication and professionalism at the head of Club Puebla, we wish you success in your future projects!

Cardozo was hired in late January, after Puebla had started the season with a four-game winless streak (three losses and a draw) under Ricardo Valiño.

In Cardozo’s 13 games in charge, Puebla went 4-3-6, earning 15 points.
