World Cup Qualifying: Mexico vs Honduras – Where to Watch

Mexico will host Honduras this Thursday in the first of two home World Cup qualifiers as the Hexagonal round of CONCACAF qualifying continues.

El Tri is currently sitting top of the table with 10 points from their previous four matches – three wins and a draw keeping Mexico unbeaten to date – while Honduras is penultimate with four points after a win, a draw, and two losses.

Mexico has the best defensive record in the Hex, with just one goal allowed, while Honduras has allowed nine – with six of those coming in the Catrachos’ lone road game.

In the last qualifiers, played in March, Honduras drew 1-1 at home against Costa Rica, while Mexico beat Trinidad and Tobago 1-0 on the road.

All times Eastern.
