Disciplinary Report: Apertura 2017 Week 13

The Disciplinary Committee has suspended eight players in the aftermath of this weekend’s Jornada 13 games.

The standout suspension goes to Franco Jara of Pachuca, who will miss the next two games due to violent conduct.

Also suspended for violent conduct, but for just one game, was Rodolfo Pizarro of Chivas de Guadalajara, while Jorge Torres Nilo of Tigres UANL was given a one-game suspension for serious foul play.

Adrián Aldrete of Cruz Azul, César Cercado of Lobos BUAP, and Diego Chávez of Veracruz were all given one-game suspensions for receiving two yellow cards in the same game.

Finally, Damián Musto of Tijuana and Édgar Méndez of Cruz Azul were given one-game suspensions for yellow-card accumulation after receiving their fifth cautions of the season.
