Disciplinary Report: Apertura 2018 Week 8

The Disciplinary Committee has suspended two players, two coaches, and an assistant coach in the aftermath of this weekend’s Jornada 8 games.

The longest suspensions go to Diego Alonso, coach of Monterrey, and Hernán Cristante, coach of Toluca, who will both miss two games for insulting the match officials.

Alejandro Corona, assistant coach of León, was given a one-game suspension for a lack of respect towards the officials.

In terms of players, Pedro Aquino of León and David Cabrera of Pumas UNAM were given one-game suspensions for receiving two yellow cards in the same game.
