Apertura 2019 Liga MX Schedule Announced

The complete schedule for the Apertura 2019 season has been announced. With 19 teams set to participate in Liga MX for the 2019-2020 season, an extra Jornada has been added to the season; in addition, one team will have a bye each week.

The Apertura will kick off on July 19th when Puebla hosts Tijuana, and will conclude on November 24th when FC Juárez hosts Tigres UANL.

The playoffs will start on November 27th, with the Gran Final scheduled for December 12th and 15th. However, if Monterrey reaches the final, it will be played on December 26th and 29th to accommodate the Rayados’ participation in the Club World Cup.

The complete first week schedule is as follows:

Friday, July 19
Puebla vs Tijuana – 8:00 PM
Atlas vs FC Juárez – 10:00 PM
Saturday, July 20
Atlético San Luis vs Pumas UNAM – 6:00 PM
Pachuca vs León – 6:00 PM
Tigres UANL vs Monarcas Morelia – 8:00 PM
América vs Monterrey – 8:00 PM
Necaxa vs Cruz Azul – 10:00 PM
Sunday, July 21
Toluca vs Querétaro – 1:00 PM
Santos Laguna vs Chivas de Guadalajara – 7:50 PM
