Paulo Pezzolano Announced as Coach of Pachuca

After parting ways with Martín Palermo, Pachuca wasted no time in announcing his replacement: Paulo Pezzolano.

The 36-year-old Uruguayan joins Pachuca from Liverpool in his native country, where he won the Torneo Intermedio 2019; before that, he coached Torque, also in Uruguay, and won the Segunda División title with that club.

Pezzolano has some experience with Mexican soccer as well; he played for Necaxa in 2012.
