You will need:
- eggs – 6 pcs.;
- pork – 50 g;
- Bulgarian pepper of any color – 1 pc.;
- milk (optional) – 1/3 cup;
- Green onions – a few stalks.
- butter – 15 g;
- Sweet pepper – on the tip of a teaspoon.
Cut tomatoes and peppers. Cut the green onions. Beat eggs, milk and spices by hand or in a mixer. Melt the butter in a frying pan and pour the above mixture into it. Reduce the heat to a minimum and stir the eggs constantly with a spoon until fully cooked.
Zucchini pancakes with feta cheese
This dish will be useful to those who follow the figure and condition of the skin. It improves the work of the intestine, restores the microflora, removes harmful substances and toxins, contains vitamins A, B, C, E, H, P, as well as phosphorus, sodium, potassium, magnesium and iron. You will need:
- zucchini – 500 g;
- feta cheese – 150 g;
- eggs – 2 pcs.;
- Flour (can be gluten-free) – 2 tbsp. for ;
- greens – 1/2 bunch;
- Seasoning – to taste.
Grind zucchini by hand, on a grater or in a blender. We remove the formed liquid. Cut the feta cheese with eggs and herbs. Add to zucchini. Pour into the resulting flour mass. Fry on both sides until cooked.
Porridge with quinoa and berries
Quinoa is perfect for those trying to eat right. It contains amino acids and important substances for the body. One of the great benefits for diabetics is that quinoa can lower blood sugar levels. It also has a valuable property for the heart – it has a positive effect on its work and reduces the level of cholesterol in the blood.
You will need:
- quinoa – 160 g;
- milk (possible alternative) – 300 ml;
- honey – 1 tbsp. for ;
- berries (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries or any fresh or frozen berries) – 250 g;
- Banana – 1 pc.
Boil water – 600 ml. Don’t forget the salt. Add quinoa and cook for five minutes. Then reduce the heat and continue cooking for another 8-10 minutes. Mash the banana with a fork and mix it with the milk. Add the resulting liquid mixture to the quinoa and heat them together. At the end, add berries, if desired, you can sprinkle nuts on top and add honey.
