During Lent, actress Natalya Antonova delighted Telegram subscribers with a simple recipe for mushroom soup without meat pasta. She prepares it for her husband և sons.

Ingredients: champignons – 400 g, water – 2 liters, potatoes – 3-4 pieces, onion – 1 piece, carrot – 1 piece, vermicelli – 50-100 g, salt, ground pepper – to taste, vegetable oil – 30 ml.

Washed mushrooms are cut into 4 parts. Peel a squash, grate it and slice it.

Put the mushrooms and potatoes in a saucepan with mushrooms, bring to a boil, add salt and pepper, add bay leaf and cook for 10 minutes.

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Cut the onion into small cubes and fry the carrot in hot vegetable oil. Add to the soup and cook for 10 minutes.

Pour the vermicelli into the soup and cook for about five minutes. Sprinkle with herbs if desired.
