Total: 2 portions = 288 rubles, 1 serving = 144 rubles.
Cooking:
Melt the code beforehand.
Pour 800 ml of vegetable oil into the pan and heat the pan to a temperature of about 200 degrees.

Mix the flour with the starch, pour it into the beer, stirring until it is homogeneous.

The cook’s advice. “The highlight of the dish is the stewing on the beer. Thanks to the beer, the dough will be aerated, and the starch will give crumbs.”
We cut the fish into large pieces and send it in the dough, roll it well and send the pieces with a rich dough to fry. Fry for about 4 minutes until golden brown.

Three cucumbers with a large grater, add yogurt, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of wine vinegar, finely chopped mint leaves, salt. We mix.
Serving:
Put the crispy fish in a fried net and serve with yogurt-cucumber sauce.

Bon Appetit!
