The recipe itself is also quite simple. So you will need:
- fish – 1.5 kg;
- onion – 2 pieces;
- carrots – 4 pieces;
- bay leaf – 2-3 pieces;
- vinegar – 1/2 tsp. l .;
- gelatin – 2 teaspoons;
- lemon – 1 piece;
- fragrant pepper, cloves;
- dry seasoning for fish – 1 tbsp. l .;
- salt, sugar: herbs.
Cut the finished fish without bones. Cover the heads and bones և cover the fins with cold water և bring to a boil. Then add sliced carrot and parsley roots, celery, onion, bay leaf, fragrant pepper, cloves and salt. Put on the fire and cook for at least an hour. Then strain the broth, boil it again and dip the fish pieces in it. Boil for 15-20 minutes until ready.
Remove the prepared fish from the broth and freeze. Add vinegar, sugar and pre-soaked gelatin to the broth. Heat until the gelatin dissolves, strain and cool to room temperature.
Pour the fish well in a bowl, sprinkle dry spice on it, fill it with broth and put it in a cool place. Before serving, the jelly fish can be decorated with lemon and herbs.
