- 2 ch.c. l. olive oil;
- 1 medium onion (sliced);
- 3 cloves garlic (chopped);
- 1 tsp Italian herbs, fresh ginger (chopped);
- 100 g bell pepper (sliced);
- salt pepper;
- chicken breast;
- 200 g of broccoli (dismantled in inflorescences);
- 100 g of cauliflower (dismantled in inflorescences);
- 2 ch.c. l. lemon juice.

How to prepare.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add onion, garlic և ginger. Fry for 3-4 minutes until the garlic is fragrant and the onion is translucent.
- Add Bulgarian pepper, Italian spice, salt and pepper. Cook for 3 minutes. Add finely chopped meat և broth. Boil for 20 minutes.
