Ingredients

Fat free liquid cottage cheese – 1 kg

Finely ground oats or wheat bran – about 500 g

Yogurt in jars – 2 packs

Chicken eggs – 5 pieces

Vanillin – 1 sachet

Salt and baking powder 1 teaspoon each

Fructose – 2 teaspoons with a slide.

Note: Cook without oil. We will need baking paper, oven and mixer.

Immerse the cottage cheese in a deep frying pan or bowl, then add the bran to it. Then we put raw eggs: one egg with yolk, the rest – only protein. Pour into the mass in turn the vanillin, baking powder, salt and fructose. Finally, pour in the milk and beat the mixture with a mixer.

If the mixture is too liquid, feel free to add more bran. Then we put the paper on a baking sheet and spread small cakes on it with a spoon. We put the oven at 230 degrees, and when the stove warms up, we reduce the temperature. Bake until cooked.

The artist admits: outwardly, cheesecakes look unpresentable, but they taste – you will lick your fingers. Dip the slightly cooled pastry into a plate. “Help yourself, good people!” – advises Nadezhda Babkina.
