Cottage cheese 100 g
Eggs 1 item
Onions: 1 item
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Butter: 50 g

Cut onion into small cubes, fry in vegetable oil until golden brown, cool. Pour the cottage cheese in a parquet bowl. Transfer the fried onion to it, add the egg. Turn on the blender ճ break the whole mass to get a homogeneous mass.
