However, fresh tomatoes are no longer a problem, some people like canned in their own juice. You can easily replace them.
So what ingredients do you need?
- 3/4 cup 18% cream
- 2 cans of tomatoes in their own juice or 700 grams of fresh,
- half a kilo of minced meat
- 1-2 medium-sized bulbs of any type
- a handful of spices (basil և oregano),
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of pepper
- a tablespoon of olive oil
- cubes of vegetable broth
- half a kilo of mushrooms
- three large red peppers
- box of melted cheese
- a glass of grated cheese
