Dumplings with fish and shrimp – a simple recipe on how to cook at home

Seafood goes well with spinach, so lovers of delicious, healthy food can try to make original spinach dumplings stuffed with red fish and shrimp for dinner. Recipe takes cookpad. The authors promise “bomb taste”.

Dumplings with red fish and shrimp

For testing.

  • Spinach – 75 g;

  • Water – 100 ml;

  • Flour – 450 g;

  • Eggs – 2 pieces;

  • Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons;

  • Salt – 1 g / g

To complete.

  • Red fish – 100 g;

  • Shrimp – 100 g;

  • Garlic – 1 clove;

  • Bulbs – 0.5 pieces;

  • Dill – 2 branches;

  • Butter – 1 tbsp. l;

  • Salt – to taste.

For the sauce.

  • Butter – 2 tbsp. l;

  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp. l;

  • Pepper – a pinch.

Chop the spinach with the egg in a blender, mix it with the liquid ingredients, then add the flour and knead the dough. Leave under the membrane for 20 minutes before rolling.
Finely chop the fish and shrimp for the filling, add the grated garlic, finely chopped onion and dill and melted butter. Mix.
Form dumplings, boil in salted water with a slice of lemon. After swimming, the dumplings are ready.
Mix the sauce ingredients and heat in a pan. Hold for a couple of minutes. The sauce is ready.
