On his Instagram, Hector Jimenez-Bravo shares many recipes with his followers. We’ve rounded up some simple dishes that are perfect for breakfast.
One One of the most classic breakfasts is the casserole, which literally has a special recipe for each chef. This Hector casserole recipe requires no more than 10 minutes to prepare and another half hour of baking while you are ready to go.
2 Another breakfast classic is pancakes, which the cook prepares with pumpkin and served with narcrub and pomegranate seeds.
- Pumpkin – 800 g
- eggs – 2 pcs.
- Flour – 200 g
- white sugar – 150 gm (taste)

Grate a peeled pumpkin, preferably of the Hokkaido variety, on a coarse grater. Add eggs, flour, sugar and knead the dough.
Fry in a hot frying pan in sunflower oil on both sides.
When serving, pour over the syrup and add pomegranate seeds and walnuts to taste.
3 If you’re a fan of fries and McDonald’s breakfast treats, make yourself hash browns with cheese for breakfast. But if you don’t like deep frying, replace the hash brown with regular potato pancakes.

four Pancakes for breakfast are another great solution. If you are a fan of savory tastes, then cook cottage cheese bread on kefir, and if you are a fan of sweets, McDonald’s pancakes with your favorite toppings.
5 And where without an omelette. Hector Jimenez-Bravo cooks an omelet without oil – in boiling water in a zip-top bag.
- eggs – 3 pcs.
- Cherry – 100 g
- Milk – 50 g
- Corn – 50 gm
- Green onions – 30 g
Break the eggs into a slip bag, add the rest of the previously chopped ingredients. Close the bag tightly and stir the omelette.
Pour water into the pot (half the volume), bring to a boil and then lower the bag into the water. Cook the omelette for 5-10 minutes, until done.
