Any fish will turn into a culinary masterpiece if it is baked on a pepper pad with fragrant oil. Famous TV chef Sasha Belkovich said how to do it in his personal blog.

Ingredientscod – 700 g (to choose any fish), sweet pepper – 700 g, lemon – 1 piece, herbs of Provence – 1 tbsp. spoon, olive oil – 40 g, garlic – 3 cloves, salt / pepper to taste.
The pepper is clean, cut into large strips. Sprinkle with herbs of Provence. Salt, pepper, pour olive oil, mix, spread on a baking sheet.
Remove the scales from the fish, leaving the skin. Make cross-sections on both sides of the fish and put it on the pepper.
Mix olive oil, lemon peel, minced garlic, juice of half a lemon. Drizzle the fish on both sides so that the sauce penetrates well into the slices.
Put salt and pepper in the oven heated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes, depending on the size of the fish.
