How to prepare a healthy breakfast for weight loss? PP recipes for oatmeal, pancakes and desserts

A key rule of a healthy diet is to never skip breakfast and always find time for it. A delicious and satisfying morning meal is very important in terms of nutrition and is sure to cheer you up at the start of the day. cheese pies

Ingredients:

  • milk – 200 ml;
  • eggs – 2 pcs.;
  • flour – 100 g;
  • cheese – 100 g;
  • dill;

Put the pan on the stove beforehand to heat it up. Meanwhile, mix milk, eggs, flour, baking powder, grated cheese and chopped dill in a bowl. Add salt to taste. Spread some mixture over the entire surface of the pan and bake the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.

Ingredients:

Cut the banana into slices and add to the blender with berries, milk, sugar or sweetener. Shake all contents, divide into cups and enjoy the fresh taste.

Omelette in Lavash

Ingredients:

  • eggs – 2 pcs.;
  • cheese – 20 g;
  • tomato – 1 pc .;
  • greens;
  • beta.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Beat eggs in a bowl, add chopped tomatoes, herbs, salt and pepper and mix. Put the pita bread in a dry, hot frying pan and pour the resulting mixture on it. Roll up and fry until crispy on both sides.

Oatmeal pancake

Ingredients:

  • oatmeal – 50 g;
  • egg – 1 pc
  • 1.5% milk – 50-70 ml;
  • Water – if you want to make the mixture more liquid.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk well with a fork or whisk. Spread the mixture carefully on the pan and bake the pancakes until golden brown on both sides. You can add a layer on it according to your taste. For example, cottage cheese with fresh cucumber and red fish.

Cheese Casserole with Caramelized Apples

Ingredients:

  • cheese 5% – 700 g;
  • eggs – 3 pcs.;
  • corn starch – 50 g;
  • local to taste
  • vanillin;
  • An apple;
  • honey – 3 tbsp.

cooking method

Combine cheese, eggs, starch, sweetener and vanillin in a bowl and beat with a mixer. Distribute the resulting homogeneous mass in a silicone mold. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 40 minutes.

At this time, heat the pan and throw in it finely chopped apples. Simmer over low heat for three minutes, add honey and simmer for a few more minutes.

Once the casserole is cooked through, spread the caramelized apple mixture on it.

Cheesecake with mango sauce

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese – 2 packs of 200 g, 5 and 9%;
  • egg – 1 pc
  • rice flour – 2 tablespoons;
  • plain flour – necessary for sending the kitchen surface;
  • local to taste
  • mango puree – 100 g;
  • Corn starch – half a teaspoon.

Place the ingredients on a plate and stir until the mixture is smooth. On a floured surface, form “sausages” from the mass and cut them into 7-8 equal parts. Give the pieces the shape of a cheesecake with a lettuce ring. Fry them on both sides in a pan with butter until golden brown. Make the fire strong enough.

Then put baking paper on a baking sheet and spread cheesecakes on it. Put it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 5-7 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat the mango puree on the stove and add the sweetener. If the sauce is liquid, dissolve the cornstarch in the water and add it to the sauce until it thickens. Boil until desired consistency.

Lazy oatmeal in a jar

Ingredients:

  • Oatmeal – 5 tablespoons.
  • milk or yogurt – 100-150 ml;
  • banana – 1 pc .;
  • A handful of frozen strawberries.
  • honey – 1-2 teaspoons.

cooking method

Take a jar with a lid and fill it with oatmeal, chopped bananas, berries and honey. If desired, you can use any other fruit and add nuts. Fill everything with milk. Close the lid and shake well. Put the oats in the refrigerator, leave them overnight, and enjoy breakfast in the morning.

cheese waffle

Ingredients:

  • flour (you can take rice) – 120-130 g;
  • yogurt, kefir or biolact – 150 ml;
  • eggs – 2 pcs.;
  • light cheese – 100 g;
  • baking powder – 5 g;
  • Salt and spices to taste.
  • sweetener – 0.5 g ⠀

cooking method

Mix all ingredients in the bowl. Heat a waffle iron or frying pan and grease the surface with oil. Pour the mixture and bake for 7-10 minutes.

If you open the waffle maker and notice that the waffle isn’t fully cooked or torn, don’t worry. Just keep baking it for another 2-3 minutes.

Oatmeal casserole

Ingredients:

  • pear – 350 g;
  • long-cooked oatmeal – 400 g;
  • milk (vegetable or regular) – 500 ml;
  • coconut oil – 2 tablespoons;
  • ground flaxseeds – 2 tablespoons;
  • maple syrup – 2 tbsp.
  • Cinnamon – 1 tsp.
  • guest nuts
  • Berries and seeds

cooking method

Put all the ingredients in layers in a baking dish and put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 25-40 minutes. The casserole can be garnished with maple syrup and yogurt, and garnished with berries and seeds.

Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • banana – 2 pcs.;
  • Milk – 3-5 tablespoons ⠀

cooking method
