Jelly fish recipe – how to cook a delicious New Year

Jelly fish. New Year recipe

Ingredients: Fresh frozen fish (750 g), carrot (200 g), quail egg (18 pieces), gelatin (25 g), salt, pepper (to taste). For fish broth: onion (1 piece), bay leaf (3 pieces), black pepper (10 pieces), dill-parsley (bunch), celery stalk (1 piece).

Cooking method.
