For a serving for two, prepare 7 eggs, 70g cream, a head of red onions, sweet peppers, 5-7 cherry tomatoes, 150g feta cheese and a few olives. Beat the eggs with the cream and pour the mixture into the pan with the olive oil. Cut the onions, peppers and tomatoes into strips, crumble the cheese and spread this “stuffing” over the egg mixture. Simmer for 3 minutes and you’re done! Try a multigrain cereal with strawberries for breakfast. In a microwave-safe bowl, mix together your favorite cereal: 1/4 cup oatmeal, 2 Tbsp. Osviani flour, 2 tbsp. buckwheat, 0.5 tsp baking powder, a pinch of salt and cinnamon. Separately, mix 2 tablespoons of apple juice, 2 tablespoons of milk, strawberry pieces (you can use dried apricots) and a pinch of vanillin. Combine both masses and put in the microwave for one and a half minutes. Wait a bit if necessary.

Let’s cook a French breakfast at home, shall we? For example, a quiche puff? With a microwave, this dish will take no more than 5 minutes. We mix in a special bowl 1 egg, 2 tbsp. milk, 1 teaspoon butter and a pinch of salt and pepper. In the resulting homogeneous mass, put 4 cherry tomatoes, a little grated cheese and finely chopped white bread (30 g). Put it in the microwave and bake the quiche on maximum temperature for 1 minute.

And the best breakfast is, of course, everyone’s favorite oatmeal! Pour a glass of oatmeal into a special bowl, add a glass of milk and sugar to taste. Close the lid and put in the microwave for a few minutes. In the finished oatmeal, add berries to taste: raspberries, blueberries, strawberries or dried fruits.
