Maple syrup pancakes are a traditional American and Canadian breakfast.
What are pancakes and why are they good? Pancakes are a mixture of pancakes and pancakes that we are used to, and they are good because, in particular, they are fried in a dry frying pan, which means that they turn out to be low-fat food.
- 200 ml) milk
- 140 grams of flour
- 1 egg
- 40 grams butter
- 25 grams of sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- a little soda
- a pinch of salt
First, prepare the dry mix by mixing sifted flour, sugar, soda, salt and baking powder.
Beat eggs until foamy, pour in warm milk and mix.
Pour the egg-milk mixture into the flour mixture and mix well until no lumps remain.
Melt the butter, add it to the prepared mass, mix gently and leave the dough to rest for some time.
Fry the pancakes on medium heat for 1-2 minutes on each side, distributing the dough in small portions, about 2-3 tablespoons. After you put the dough in the pan, wait until the underside turns brown, bubbles appear on the top, then flip it over.
Stack the finished pancakes on top of each other to keep warm.
in the note
Serve pancakes with any syrup, jam, honey or condensed milk.
Adjust the sweetness of the final products by decreasing or increasing the amount of sugar in the dough.
Pancake batter can be flavored with vanilla, nutmeg, or cinnamon.
It is best to use a non-stick or pie pan. If pancakes stick, grease them with vegetable oil.
Pancakes can be baked by placing mashed fruits, nuts or chocolate on top of each after bubbles appear.
