Unfortunately, the fast pace of life does not allow you to cook breakfast for a long time, so consider quick options.

Looking at the feed of the social network, we often admire the photos of breakfasts – bright, juicy and fabulous, as if they had just come from a restaurant. Of course, it is good to have breakfast in an institution, this opportunity is not always given, especially when you need to quickly feed a large family.

Let’s analyze the most popular and simple recipes. The most popular quick breakfast option remains unchanged to this day. It consists of the most common ingredient – bread: it can be sandwiches with butter, cheese, sausage, cold meat, jam or a variety of pastries – croissants with butter, chocolate or a variety of cakes that are great for a hot drink.

Of course, the fastest, most common and very tasty breakfast is scrambled eggs. For a change, you can add bacon, tomatoes, herbs, fresh peppers, and broccoli to the dish, or just sprinkle the dish with spices.

And you can make a sandwich with scrambled eggs and bacon. We will need 2 eggs, salt, 1 slice of black or homemade bread, 2 slices of ham or bacon, and herbs – to taste.

Recipe: Fry two eggs with a pinch of salt. On bread, first put ham or bacon, which can also be fried, and eggs on top. Sprinkle with chopped herbs.

Another morning hit is an omelette. You can also add fillers to it: tomatoes (cherries are especially good), bacon, slices of doctor’s sausage or black bread, broccoli, green beans, peppers.
