In his culinary project on YouTube’s Ivlev Chef Channel, Konstantin Yvell showed how to make a world-famous Fish & Chips fan snack without heavy potatoes. The fish can be used as you wish.

Such a crunchy appetizer can perfectly illuminate watching TV in the evening, the cook is sure.

Ingredients: cod fillet – 300 gr., Tempura flour – 200 gr., calendula oil – 900 ml. For the sauce: mayonnaise – 120 gr., Sweet Chili sauce – 40 gr., Freshly fried seaweed – 2 gr. For serving: lemon ½ pieces, salt to taste.

Heat the vegetable oil well in the pot. Cut the fish into thin sticks, dry with a paper towel.

Pour the tempura flour in a bowl and add water little by little. Knead a thick dough with a whisk, it should have a density of 3% kefir.

Dip pieces of fish in dough, roll, put in oil. Dip one foot into warm paraffin 3 times, pausing between layers to allow them to dry. Cook until golden brown, about a minute.

Strain on paper towels, serve with sauce and lemon.

For the sauce, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce նոր fresh algae fried in sesame oil (chips, ready-made are sold in the store).
