Ingredients for 1.5 liters.

  • minced meat – 250 g;
  • potatoes – 3 pieces;
  • onion, carrot – 1 piece;
  • green onion;
  • processed cheese – 200 g;
  • cream 20% -150 ml;
  • salt, pepper, dill.

Here’s a quick soup recipe: you need canned corn and beans.

How to prepare.

  1. Chop onion and carrot into small cubes, potatoes into medium cubes. Chop the green onion.
  2. Fry the minced meat in vegetable oil until the liquid evaporates and turns light golden, breaking the minced meat with a spatula.
  3. Add green onion, salt, pepper and minced garlic. Stir ացնել remove from heat.
  4. Fry onion and carrot in a saucepan and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add potatoes, minced meat and onions with carrots. Pour hot water and cook until the potatoes are soft.
