The recipe for marinated mackerel in Adjika – a simple fish was given by culinary expert Olga Mordovina

According to: Chef Olga Mordovina, the fish cooked according to his recipe will be very fragrant and appetizing. And most importantly, neither sour nor salty, so even children can eat it.

Ingredients:

2 mackerel (should be 1 kg)

0.5 kg of onions

100 g of vinegar 9%

150 g of vegetable oil

1 tbsp salt

1.5 cc Sahara

2 ch.c. l. adjika

coriander (whole grains are preferred)

a few bay leaves

Cooking:

We make the marinade from vinegar, vegetable oil, salt, sugar, ajika. Boil – turn off սառ freeze completely. We clean, wash and cut the half-frozen fish, without the middle bone. Not too delicate. Cut the onion into half rings, but not too thin. We rub a part of the onion with a suitable egg, then a part of the fish. Sprinkle with coriander, put a few bay leaves և pour cold marinade (half). Later, in the same way և pour the second part of the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 12 hours. Stir everything regularly to marinate the fish well.
