Famous TV chef Sasha Belkovich told in his telegram how to make fat-free green cream soup. On normal days, use cream instead of soy milk.
Ingredients for 4 servings of soup. green onion – 50 g, garlic – 2 cloves, potato – 3 pieces, broccoli – 250 g, zucchini – 100 g, spinach – 50 g, cream 22% or soy milk – 100 g, water – 1 l, salt, pepper, walnuts for decoration.
Chop the onion finely, separating the white parts from the green. Chop the garlic, put it in a pan and fry it. Add the white parts of the onion, when it has an appetizing smell from frying, put the sliced potato in it, heat it, add hot water or broth.
When the potatoes are almost cooked, add the broccoli and zucchini and cook until the vegetables are ready.
Pour in soy milk or cream, add the green parts of the onion-spinach hosts. Bring to a boil, add salt and pepper.
Remove from the oven and grind with a blender. Put it on a plate and fill it with spinach and walnuts.
