Ingredients:
200 g of cod fillet
3 large tomatoes
a quarter cup of rice
1 clove of garlic
1 small onion
1 st. l. olive oil
large glass of water (300 g)
a few basil or parsley leaves
Cooking:
Chop onion and garlic. Cut the tomatoes in half and place the sliced side on a baking sheet. Put onion and garlic on tomato, sprinkle with olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for 30 minutes.
Cook the rice until semi-cooked (10-12 minutes). Chop the baked tomatoes in a blender until puree. Put the rice in a deep frying pan, tomato puree և pour in a glass of water. Mix and bring to a boil, salt, then add finely chopped cod fillet. Boil for 10 minutes. One minute before cooking, add finely chopped hot pepper and finely chopped onion.
