Vogue.ua loves to know the recipes of their heroines’ favorite breakfasts. On the eve of the holiday, Alina Dolinina, founder of smart bag brand Have A Rest, shared her favorite recipes.

Zucchini pancakes

This is a very tasty breakfast. I like the pie to consist of zucchini as much as possible, so I add very little flour. For children, we make ordinary pancakes with salmon or salmon, cream cheese and cucumber.

Ingredients:

4-5 zucchini

salt and pepper as needed

1 egg;

2-3 tbsp. to. flour;

Slightly salted trout

cream cheese;

Cucumber.

cooking:

  • Grate the zucchini, sprinkle with salt, then squeeze out the water well.
  • Then add flour and eggs and mix well. I like the pie to consist of zucchini as much as possible, so I added a little more flour.
  • When the mass is ready, fry the pancakes on both sides in a frying pan until cooked.
  • Pancakes can be served with lightly salted salmon.

Salad with eel

Our family’s favorite breakfast. The salad turned out to be rich and creamy, suitable for the beginning of the day and for the festive table.

Ingredients:

1 ripe avocado

Lettuce leaf bundle.

5-6 cherry tomatoes;

6-7 quail eggs;

quinoa;

300-400 g eel;

salt and pepper as needed

olive oil;

Balsamic vinegar or sauce of your choice.

cooking:

  • Boil quinoa and quail eggs.
  • Wash the cherry tomatoes and lettuce leaves.
  • Then cut the cherry tomatoes and quail eggs into quarters. Cut the avocado and eel into slices.
  • Mix the chopped ingredients with the quinoa and lettuce. Add salt and olive oil.
  • Sometimes I add a little balsamic vinegar or balsamic sauce.
  • Mix and serve.

Buckwheat with mushrooms and boiled eggs

We remembered this dish recently, although we have been eating all the ingredients separately for a long time. The combination of buckwheat with mushrooms and eggs is very tasty. In addition, it does not take long to prepare this breakfast.

Ingredients:

black wheat;

mushrooms;

an onion;

Salt and pepper to taste.

cooking:

  • While the buckwheat is cooking, fry the mushrooms with onions.
  • Boil the egg in boiling water for 3-4 minutes.
  • Put boiled buckwheat in a dish, on top of it mushrooms and fried eggs with onions.
